Prime Illustrators provides professional illustration services, including but not limited to:

  • Storyboard Illustration

We commit to delivering high-quality, custom illustrations tailored to your project needs. All services are subject to availability, project scope, and agreement between you (the client) and Prime Illustrators.

1.2 QUOTATIONS AND PRICING

  • All project costs, quotes, and estimates are provided based on the scope and requirements shared by the client.
  • Prices are valid for the specified quote period.
  • Additional work or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Taxes, payment gateway fees, or other applicable charges are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.

1.3 PAYMENT TERMS

  • A deposit is required to start any project, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery of final illustrations.
  • Payments can be made via the methods indicated on the website.
  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of the project until payment is received.
  • Prime Illustrators reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.

1.4 PROJECT SCOPE AND REVISIONS

  • All projects include an agreed number of revisions.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be billed separately.
  • Clients must provide clear instructions and necessary materials for revisions.
  • Prime Illustrators will not be responsible for delays caused by client’s failure to provide timely feedback.
  • Final illustrations will be delivered after approvals, feedback, and revisions as per agreement.

1.5 COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All illustrations created by Prime Illustrators remain the intellectual property of Prime Illustrators until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the client receives full commercial rights to the final illustrations.
  • Prime Illustrators retains the right to showcase projects for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.
  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of illustrations created by Prime Illustrators without prior consent.

1.6 CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Prime Illustrators will maintain the confidentiality of all client-provided materials, scripts, and sensitive information.
  • Any use of confidential information for purposes outside the project requires written consent from the client.

1.7 DELIVERY AND TIMELINE

  • Timelines are estimated based on project scope, complexity, and client feedback turnaround.
  • Prime Illustrators will make every effort to meet deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, client feedback delays, or third-party dependencies.
  • Delivery of final illustrations is considered complete once the client has approved the work and all payments are cleared.

1.8 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clients must provide all necessary materials, references, and information for project completion.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing proofs and providing feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project delays or additional costs.

1.9 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Prime Illustrators is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of illustrations.
  • Liability for direct damages is limited to the total fees paid for the project.
  • Prime Illustrators does not guarantee specific outcomes, audience reception, or commercial success of illustrations.

1.10 TERMINATION

  • Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
  • Termination by the client may result in partial payment for work completed.
  • Termination by Prime Illustrators may occur due to non-payment, abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

1.11 GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Country/State].
  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
